Gun Safety Seminar

This 2 hour seminar gives a basic introduction into the safe handling, storage, cleaning and differences between multiple types of firearms. All NRA basic safety practices and rules are discussed and followed throughout the program. Inert pistols are used for demonstration of basic handling skills and opportunities to practice handling and cleaning. No ammunition is used and no range time is completed during this introductory program. Of course, this is a great course to take just prior to taking a trip to the range for the first time.

Simulation Marksman Seminar

This 2-4 hour program would be considered one step up from the basic safety seminar in that while instruction is given addressing safety protocols, firearms nomenclature, grip, shooting positions/stance, fundamentals of aiming, shooting, storage, care and maintenance. This course focuses much more time on shooting skills development and rapid progression of learning. This class utilizes SIRT pistols as well as LASR software for capturing shots fired in real-time. Participants will receive Instant feedback on performance, suggestions are made for improvements. While this program is considered the most fun one can have without shooting an actual gun, Instructors adhere to strict safety protocol standards throughout. This is also an introductory course on dry fire practicing.

BOSFT offers this program at a place of your choosing. You want to have a demonstration of how to set up your own home practice area?
